1. Scope

prouct is a multilingual discovery platform for physical and digital products. Use of the platform is free. No goods or services are sold through prouct.com; it is not an online shop.

2. Registration and account

Certain features (comments, votes, profile) require a user account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

You may delete your account at any time in settings.

3. Product submissions

You may submit products and stores. Submissions are published immediately and moderated afterward. We may reject or remove submissions that violate these terms or applicable law.

By submitting you confirm you are entitled to publish the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

4. User content and license

You retain all rights to content you submit. You grant prouct a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote and technically process your content on the platform (e.g. thumbnails, previews).

You are solely responsible for your content.

5. Acceptable use

The following is prohibited in particular:

• Spam, misleading or fraudulent listings
• Illegal, offensive, discriminatory or rights-infringing content
• Automated scraping or abuse of platform infrastructure
• Circumventing security measures or moderation processes

6. Moderation and suspension

We may remove content and temporarily or permanently suspend accounts if there is a violation or reasonable suspicion of violation of these terms or applicable law.

7. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages where permitted by law.

For user-generated content we are only liable once we become aware of a specific legal violation and fail to act promptly.

8. External links

Product listings may contain links to external websites. Their operators are solely responsible for those sites' content.

9. Changes

We may amend these terms with future effect. We will inform you appropriately about material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance unless otherwise required by law.

10. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Gilching, Germany, where permitted.
